Stubborn tension can be frustrating, especially if massage in the past hasn’t quite met the mark.

Different areas of tension respond in different ways. Some soften quickly, while others need time, gradual pressure, and an intuitive pace the body can settle into.

If tight areas tend to feel persistent, this approach offers the time and attention they often need. There’s space to experience it when you’re ready, in Shipston-on-Stour 🗓️ DM me or use my bio link to book. X

Face massage can sometimes be misunderstood as a quick one off fix, and while one session is delightful with its softening, relaxing and lifting effects, the real lasting benefits, (much like with regular body massage) come when tension is supported over time..⏳

By working through the décolletage, neck, scalp, and shoulders — not simply just the face — each treatment helps release long held tension from these areas, restoring balance, inside and out.

This is what happens in the Lift & Tone Facial Massage and there’s space to experience it for yourself when the time feels right for you..booking is open via the link in my bio 🤍

When touch is applied with thought and understanding, it can help the whole-you to soften, breathing to settle, and awareness to return. Not simply by pushing for change, but by allowing it.

My work isn’t only about the physical body. It’s about supporting the whole person in a way that feels calm, considered, and genuinely restorative.

It’s treatment that isn’t performative - it comes from lived understanding and is applied with care.🤍💆🏻‍♀️

💆🏻‍♀️ Different massage tools are incredibly helpful in certain cases - this post isn’t me slating them. But the approach I always return to and find most effective is simple… Working with my own body.

Using hands, forearms, and elbows(if/where needed) allows a deeper sense of connection through human touch. I can assess tissue response, adjust pressure in real time, and stay fully present with how your body is responding. That presence matters, and it’s what helps treatments feel safe, settled, and effective rather than mechanical.

I also feel it’s a more sustainable way for me to work, allowing consistent, considered massage without the strain that can come from constant gripping.

The result is massage therapy that’s responsive, intentional, and genuinely tailored to what your body needs on the day. If you’re curious, you’re very welcome to experience it for yourself… Head to the link in bio or DM me for your appointment 🗓️

Lymphatic drainage massage has been especially popular recently, and it’s easy to see why given the health benefits and gentle, yet powerful results.

People often come in expecting something purely physical, but leave noticing a lightness and sense of calm they didn’t realise they were missing. It’s a gentle treatment, but a purposeful one, designed for anyone feeling heavy, puffy, sluggish, run down, or in need of recovery support.

I’m sharing this for those who’ve been curious, drawn to it, or wondering whether it might be right for them.

Questions are always welcome, and bookings are open if it feels like the right next step | link in bio. X

Thank you all for a busy January 🤍 It’s always refreshing to see people choosing to prioritise their wellbeing through consistent self-care. I hope you’ve all had a gentle start to the year!

The past few weeks have been a full mix of work, training, movement, rest, plans and everything in between.. it’s a good reminder that life rarely slows down on its own. I’ve been making more of an effort to weave self-care into the busy bits, and to stay consistent with the small glimmers.

If you’re feeling ready to do the same, there’s space in my March diary, bookable when it feels right for you.. just head to the link in my bio or send me a DM 🗓️

Here’s to moving through the year with a little more ease 💆🏻‍♀️☁️

Very excited about this one 👩🏻‍🎓 since meditation has been an important part of my daily life since 2020, this training feels like a natural extension of that, to deepen my understanding of how meditation can be taught safely, effectively and realistically 🧘🏻‍♀️

It’s a personal practice first, which supports my own nervous system, focus, and ability to stay present, both in life and in my work with clients, and it quietly informs how I work, from the way I hold space, to how I guide breathing, relaxation and being in the present 🤍

I can’t wait to put this to good use in the not-too-distant future 😁🤍

Massage is often seen as a luxury, but its roots are firmly in healthcare. Historically and still today, its effectiveness relies on skill, training, and a deep understanding of the body.

When applied thoughtfully, it supports pain relief, movement, recovery, and regulation, alongside modern medicine. It’s not indulgence, just humane care with a long history.
