Message from the Warm Hub...
We are very lucky to be joined by the Digital Champions on the 7th August, from 10 - 12 noon at the Warm Hub, Ellen Badger Hospital. The Digital Champions are a team who are coming to help with any IT Queries, but especially with the NHS App roll out. We have all seen in the press how the NHS 10-year plan involves having a doctor in your pocket, and these guys can help make that easier for all. Come along with your device and any queries you may have, and a friendly expert will be able to help.

We have a vacancy! The Practice is recruiting a part time Dispensary Assistant (18.5 hrs a week). The hours we require are Monday 8.30am - 1.00pm, Tuesday 9.00am - 5.30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break) and Friday 8.30am - 2.00pm. There is the possibility of slight changes to start and finish times to suit the right candidate. Full training will be given.

Update on GP Surgery Development

We have been notified that the IT issues Accurx had yesterday have been resolved. Patients can once again submit their queries and appointment requests through the 'Contact Us Online' form via our website https://shipstonmc.warwickshire.nhs.uk/

IT Issue 04/06/2025 10.50am: One of our partner systems Accurx is currently experiencing technical difficulties. For this reason patients are currently unable to use the Contact Us Online form on our website. Our processes have been significantly impacted by this issue and it is taking longer to respond to patient requests. Please bear with us whilst we wait for our partner system to resolve their IT issues.
