The Lloyds Tour of British Cycling Men's event for 2025 is scheduled to pass through Shipston on Stour today at around 1:51 PM. There will be temporary road closures in effect, so if you plan to visit the surgery near that time, please allow extra time for your journey, as road access might be restricted for a while.

The Digital Champions are returning to the Warm Hub at the EBH tomorrow from 10am to 12pm. They are keen to help anyone with questions about the NHS app or to help people sign up for it. Feel free to stop by, and remember to bring a photo ID, as it is necessary for app registration.

On Friday 5th September Warwickshire is hosting the 2025 Lloyds Tour of British Cycling Mens event which will pass through Shipston on Stour at approximately 1.51pm.

A rolling road closure will be in place whilst they pass through and for 15 minutes beforehand.

If you are planning to attend the surgery around this time please take into consideration the road closures and ensure you leave adequate time to arrive for your scheduled appointment.

We are very lucky to be joined by the Digital Champions on the 7th August, from 10 - 12 noon at the Warm Hub, Ellen Badger Hospital. The Digital Champions are a team who are coming to help with any IT Queries, but especially with the NHS App roll out. We have all seen in the press how the NHS 10-year plan involves having a doctor in your pocket, and these guys can help make that easier for all. Come along with your device and any queries you may have, and a friendly expert will be able to help.

We are currently in the process of switching to a new provider for our check-in displays in the reception area. During this transition period, patients can check in using QR codes on their smartphones until the new system is installed.

It's simple to do: open your phone's camera app, scan the QR code, tap to proceed, and enter your birth date. QR codes will be located in the reception area as you enter the building.

Thank you for your cooperation whilst we transition providers.
