Employed by the South Warwickshire GP Federation, the successful candidate will be fully embedded within the Shipston Medical Centre team, working day‑to‑day alongside our clinicians to help patients access community groups, wellbeing services, lifestyle support, emotional help, and much more — making a meaningful difference to people’s lives.
