Reiki healing - A Japanese form of healing which is defined as universal life giving (Rei) and like the rays of the sun it gives life to all things, it is all knowing, a spiritual consciousness (ki) is defined as energy or life force which flows through all living things that are alive. Ki is also known as light, Prana, chi, cosmic energy or universal radiant energy. Reiki therapists are instruments for this energy and the person receiving this beautiful universal healing energy is harmonised so that the body can heal itself naturally. £40

Angelic Reiki - the therapist is the channel through which the Angelic energy flows towards the recipient. There are a few differences in traditional reiki and Angelic reiki, one being Angelic reiki intimately merges the person with the angels through the Angelic light. Thus creating the potential for deeper healing. £40

Crystal therapy - an ancient therapy that uses the natural energy of the crystals to help restore harmony and well being, promoting healing on all levels of mind, body and spirit. £40

All forms of the above therapies are particularly good for helping with stress and anxiety and are complimentary therapies which work along side of traditional medicine

Each therapy session is one hour
