Today we celebrated two incredible journeys from our St Lawrence groups and honestly… I couldn’t be prouder 🥹✨

These losses aren’t just numbers on a scale… they represent weeks of showing up, making changes, believing in themselves (even on the tough days) and never giving up 💪💫

Both of you are proof that consistency beats perfection every single time. You’ve inspired your groups, lifted others just by walking through the door, and shown what’s possible when you keep going even when motivation wobbles.

Today marks one year since we heard the heartbreaking news that Margaret Miles-Bramwell had passed away. 💔
As we pause to remember our inspirational founder, we also remember the millions of lives she changed not just through weight loss, but through kindness, compassion, understanding and belief in people when they didn’t believe in themselves.
Margaret’s legacy lives on in every group, every member who walks through the door, and every journey that begins with hope. Her vision created something truly special a community where no one is judged and everyone is supported.

Forever grateful. Forever remembered. 💙✨

What a brilliant morning up at Head Office with my amazing colleagues 🥰
We had so much fun with all the visuals in the atrium… and New Houghton Slimming World with Marissa even decided to lock 🔐 me in the phone box 😂😜 (don’t worry, I survived!) 😂😂😂

But it was also a really special and emotional moment seeing Margaret’s memory wall as we approach the first anniversary of her passing. A time to reflect on her incredible legacy and everything she created for us all ❤️
And then… the proudest moment of the day 💙👇

January at Slim with Lee has been nothing short of incredible! 🌟

Together, across our groups, we’ve lost a jaw-dropping 1207.5lbs in weight…
That’s 86 stone 3½ lbs or around 548kg 🤯
Which is about the same weight as a baby elephant 🐘 or a grand piano 🎹 gone forever!

We’ve seen 11 of our amazing members achieve their personal Target goals, and celebrated so many milestone awards for weight loss, activity and health benefits 💪🏽🏅

We’ve welcomed 62 brand new members into our Slim with Lee family and watched people make real changes to their lifestyles – from food choices, to movement, to confidence, to mindset ❤️

We’ve eaten curries, carbonaras, stir fries, roasts, dirty wedges, pancakes and comfort food… and still smashed it 😋🍛🥞

We’ve walked, exercised, joined gyms, tried new activities, supported each other through tough weeks and celebrated the good ones.

We’ve laughed a lot, clapped loudly, hugged often, wiped away a few tears and reminded each other why we started 🤍 We’ve learned, reflected, planned, adapted and kept showing up with open minds and willing hearts.

And through all of this… I’ve been lucky enough to be at the helm.I’m Lee, and this is Slim with Lee 💙
A group built on support, belief, community and real life change.
