I am offering Mobile Sports Massage Therapy Treatments.

Initial consultation will be a 45 minute assessment including a 30 minute massage.

Subsequent massage appointments are 30 or 45 minutes dependant on your requirements.

Sports massage therapy is the manipulation of soft muscle tissue. It is used to treat / target knots or injuries that occur prior to, during and post any sporting activity. I use a wide variety of techniques and methods to manipulate tissue. Goals during treatment include and are not limited to:

- ease pain
- injury management
- reduce stress
- reduce recovery time
- increase range of movement and flexibility.
