I’m very passionate about helping women experiencing symptoms of Perimenopause and menopause.

I have Endometriosis and as part of my treatment at the age of just 30. I went through a chemical menopause.

I experienced numerous symptoms including but not limited to;

-Mood Swings (I was an absolute all over the place)
-Itchy legs
-Back ache
-Brain fog
-Anxiety/ low mood
-Tiredness/ fatigue

The list goes on… but I won’t bore you!

I started getting sports massage as a way of helping combat, the aches and pains and back ache I was experiencing. This then led to me qualifying and becoming Level 4 in Sports Massage.

But, I wanted to specialise and help all women who were having to endure and just ‘put up and shut up’ with the symptoms that I was experiencing.

So today I’m introducing Massage for Menopause aimed at specifically reducing the symptoms of Perimenopause and Menopause.

It combines; use of a specifically blended aromatherapy oil, massage techniques that target the nervous and endocrine system. As well as use of acupressure on various points throughout the massage.

I love this treatment, and I can’t wait for all you lovely ladies to try it.

I am currently doing a Perimenopause and Menopause massage course.

This massage uses a combination of specifically chosen essential oils, massage and acupressure techniques to combat and help the common side effects of the menopause.

I need three lovely ladies that would be willing to be a case study for my course. I need people who;

-Have perimenopause/ menopausal symptoms
-Able to attend a clinic in Swalwell, Gateshead
-Able to attend on a Saturday
-Willing to have the massage recorded/ photos taken (no faces and all modesty will be kept intact)
