My Restore Bath Salts are infused with a blend I first created years ago for a friend who needed comfort. I called it Heart Food — a mix of bergamot, orange, frankincense and geranium that brings calm, uplift and grounding all at once.

Paired with Dead Sea and Himalayan salts to ease muscles, soften skin and soothe the mind.
A little restoration for body and heart. ✨💛

I had the most gorgeous Festive Meditation evening last night with some wonderful ladies, thank you to everyone who came and made it so special 💛

The room was filled with uplifting aromas of Frankincense, Myrrh, Benzoin & Sweet Orange…

Essential oils are such a beautiful way to lift the mood and bring back a little of that childlike festive wonder ✨

That's why I love blending them into the products so while your skin is nourished so is your mood!

Wow, what a week!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your support , it’s been my busiest week of the year.

Tuesday’s Meet the Maker night at Harriet's of Hove was wonderful ✨️

The extr online orders and shop deliveries have kept me on my toes! 😅

A wonderful end to the week with the festive evening at St Giles Hall on Friday.
It was cosy, sparkly and SO special and that was entirely down to those of you who came along, chatted, supported, and filled the room with such warmth.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing up. 💛✨.

My next event is at The Tempest in Brighton on 14th December (it’s surprisingly santas grotto-like inside!), so do pop in if you fancy some festive vibes!

I was having so much fun at the Harriet’s of Hove Birthday Party last night that this little clip is all I managed to capture! 😅
I genuinely thought I filmed more… but clearly I must’ve thought I pressed record when I actually didn’t!

What a wonderful evening it was. I’m so grateful to have been there and to have chatted with so many lovely people. 🥰
