What’s happening when you’re off I hear you ask?

The wonderful will be stepping in to cover my Monday evening Radical Rest class at 7:30pm at .rooms

These classes run as 4 week blocks, and the next one starts on Monday 9th March!

Jade is a yoga teacher with over a decade of personal practice, whose teaching is deeply informed by her training in somatic trauma healing. This lens shapes how she approaches movement and rest, with a strong emphasis on nervous system awareness, choice and embodied safety.

Rooted in Vinyasa, her work has evolved toward slower, more intentional practices that invite listening rather than pushing. Jade weaves trauma-informed principles into her teaching, creating spaces where students feel supported to soften, settle, and reconnect with themselves, leaving class feeling grounded, resourced, and more at home in their bodies.

I promise you’ll be in very safe hands and will LOVE these classes. 🤍🤍🤍

Plans on Wednesday? Come and join me…. 🌝

As the days get slowly longer, as the daylight increases, we may start to feel changes within us. The full moon in February pushes us forward and the full moon in April allows us to bloom.

The full moon greets us this week - the worm moon. This moon can help us to prepare the soils for the spring.

A big shout out to and , my ‘bosses’, the ‘blonde ladies’ who have been the most fun and epic people to work with!

has a special place in my heart and I’ve simply loved managing this studio, seeing it go from strength to strength! The wider team, the karmi crew and the community have all been so special to work with.

I’m handing over the reins to the top babe that is and putting my feet up (kinda) for a few weeks before life gets a little different!

Rest is essential to keeping us alive.

In a culture that praises productivity over anything else, it can often feel that taking rest is opting out or being lazy.

But those of us that do rest can be smug in the knowledge that there are so many benefits, some of which are only recently emerging!

I found some beautiful words the other day which really resonated with me.

A woman becomes a mother from the very first moment of conception, when the spark of life is created. Whether the pregnancy goes to full term or not.

The changes that occur are of course too lengthy to possibly list, but at first the changes happen internally and gradually radiate out into her external world.

The transition to motherhood is a wild old ride, but one that allows the woman to shed, to grow and to become 🦋

Pregnancy can often feel like a long list of things you CAN’T do, doesn’t it?!

So I’m here to tell you there’s so much that you CAN DO! I’ve been loving using my resistance band through my pregnancy (where I’ve felt up to it) to help work on stability and integrity around my pelvis.

Take a look at some of my favourite exercises to get your muscles working around your pelvis, as your body changes and grows.
