• Developing independent-living skills
• Providing emotional & coping support
• Medication management & oversight

🎯 Requirements:

👩 Female Support Worker (service requirement)
📅 2+ years’ experience in Autism / Mental Health
💬 Calm, confident & strong communication skills

🎓 NVQ Level 2/3 preferred
