My favourite self care ritual at the moment is probably one of the most simplistic yet most effective.

Sitting in a chair in the garden, bare feet on the ground whilst holding 2 clear quartz points, left hand the point facing inwards and the point facing outwards in the right hand.
I can literally feel the earth de-charging my mind, body, and soul.
Helping me to effortlessly release all that is holding me back.

Allow Gaia to hold you in her loving embrace

Yesterday I had the Huge joy of being invited to Hair Actually Hove, to preform my Sacred Space Ritual.
The Ritual is designed to invoke and embody the incredible healing, wisdom and compassion of the beautiful Goddess Kuan Yin.
By doing so we created an extension of Kuan Yins healing temple, anchoring the incredible energy directly into the salon and on to the planet. A vortex of compassion and unconditional love, a sacred space to be heard, honoured and valued, a sacred space for the Divine Feminine to thrive.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Kitty and Sabine, for having me there it was such an honour and joy creating this exquisite space of happiness and harmony with you both 💖

I'm delighted to share with you, and what to expect during The First Degree Reiki training course.
The day begins at 10.00 and we start by discharging unwanted energy, readying ourselves for a day of submerging ourselves in the beautiful healing energies of Reiki.

• 21 day cleanse

• How to do a self treatment

Everything that you need to begin your Reiki journey.
Reiki 1 is primarily about you. It's learning how you can heal yourself on all levels, discover untapped gifts, abilities and to be able to tune into your own divine knowledge and wisdom. Reiki unlocks the unknown and undiscovered which resides deep inside of you. The most beautiful foundation of growth and evolution of self.

I teach in groups of 2, ensuring a gentle, nurturing, healing environment in which to learn and explore.

The day finishes approximately at 5.00

The cost is £195 , a £75 deposit is required to secure your place
