"A couple of years ago, we noticed my daughter’s skin had increasingly begun to look inflamed around her eyes and then gradually all over her body. We assumed it was maybe a bit of eczema, and took her to the docs expecting them to recommend an emollient or something similar.

After seeing the GP and then a skin specialist, we were prescribed a steroid cream as she was diagnosed with psoriasis. This steroid cream had a magical effect. But unfortunately only for the time that we were using it. As with all steroids, this is not a long term solution, and I felt really upset about putting this onto my young daughter’s skin. My gut feeling was that this was absolutely the wrong treatment for her, so having known of Therese for a long time, I approached her for some help.

After a thorough and calm consultation, Therese prescribed my daughter with a remedy to try as a starting point and the results were very quickly astounding. I watched the inflammation reduce with each dose, and although the psoriasis is still present to a tiny extent, the reduction in symptoms is remarkable. We may be able to resolve it altogether with time and remedy adjustments. But even if we can’t resolve it 100%, we are all so happy with the results so far. Incredible. Thank you Therese x"

🧄Garlic Ferment Recipe 🧄

Long story short; bought garlic, already had garlic, fermented garlic!

This one couldn't be easier:

🧄 Peel the garlic
🧄Place salt in a jar (2% of water quantity)
🧄Add the garlic cloves
🧄Top up with water
🧄Leave with lid on at room temperature for 1-2 weeks

Been meaning to do this for ages - it's delicious, try it!

💖 My Motivation 💖

Coming from a background in finance, what attracted me to homoeopathy?

The short answer is, this beautiful, cheeky little bundle of joy!

Instinctively, I wanted to care for her as naturally and gently as possible.

I attended a workshop and invested in my trusty remedy kit. I felt empowered to handle any minor ailments that came our way!

In fact, I found that this healing art aligned with my values and was so incredible that I went on to complete the 4 year training and become a qualified practitioner. The rest is history!

Although my children are all grown up, I still love to work with families and help other parents feel empowered too.

❓What did I do when my kids were poorly❓

I am forever grateful that some dear friends told me about homoeopathy when my firstborn was tiny. They planted a seed.

I took the leap, followed my 💖 and began the 4 year training as a homoeopath when she was just a (very adorable!) toddler.

My youngest was born halfway through my final year (thanks to some great planning there 😉).

From time to time, one or both of them would get ill, as we all do. But I didn't feel fearful. I was EMPOWERED with incredible remedies that gently, yet powerfully, stimulated their own healing responses.
