Hello, I'm Shauna a Reiki Practitioner & Holistic Therapist. I have been working for the past 13 years in the Spa and Healing industry. I studied in Ireland for 3 years in massage, facials and then onto studying Tera-Mai Reiki. Since discovering Reiki over 10 years ago, it is my passion and I have dedicated myself throughout the years to ensure that my skills and knowledge are always improving, to offer the best treatment for my clients.

The Reiki session is tailored for each person who visits me. Reiki is a very unique experience and will help to relax and calm the mind and body. I work over the chakras by gently placing my hands on the body and can help release the energetic build up of mental, emotional & physical energy in the auric field. If you are struggling with sleep/anxiety/stress and many more issues that we may face, Reiki can be a fantastic way to help you release these emotions and restore calm in your body.
