10am - 11.30am (for those who have attended at least 1 x TRE session previously)

12 noon - 1.30pm (for beginners primarily but all welcome)

One to one TRE sessions are also available at The Yoga and Wellness Rooms, Shoreham and online via Zoom

Lynne Jarrett and Louisa Cook became friends a few years ago when Louisa needed a yoga class and Lynne needed a massage. Over the years, they realised that their ethos was so well aligned that their skills could complement each other beautifully.
