Oops I missed the real day 🤭
10 days ago it was exactly 12 years since I became a Weight Management & Wellness Coach… and what a journey it’s been !

From that very first certificate in 2014 to today, one thing has never changed: my passion for helping people feel better in their own bodies and minds

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to:
✨ Support incredible clients as they transform their health, confidence and lifestyle
✨ Be there through the highs, the challenges, the “I can’t do this” moments… that turn into “I DID IT”
✨ Guide so many to not just lose weight, but gain control, energy and self-belief

And just as special…
💫 Supporting my team to build a business that works for their life
💫 Watching them grow in confidence, independence and success
💫 Seeing women create freedom, purpose and pride in what they do

This isn’t just a job.
It’s people. It’s stories. It’s real life change.

And honestly, I wouldn’t do anything else.

To every client, past and present
To every team member walking this journey with me
To everyone who has trusted me along the way…

Thank you for being part of these 12 years

Here’s to many more transformations, inside and out!

The sun is back, at last!, and it’s time to enjoy being outside!

Let’s talk about nutrition on the go and the importance of timing when it comes to food.

Life gets busy, and when we don’t plan ahead it’s easy to grab something quick that doesn’t always support our goals. Having convenient, balanced options available can really help you stay consistent even on busy days and when out and about.

And of course continue to keep yourself well hydrated! (Are you getting these 3L in?)

Comment “more snacks” for my guide list!

Sometimes I am envious of my cat Leia who can sleep anywhere 😻

A reminder for World Sleep Day… if you’re struggling with cravings, low energy or progress feeling harder than it should, sleep might be the missing piece!

Sleep plays a much bigger role in your wellbeing (and weight management) than most people realise.

When you consistently get quality sleep, your body is able to regulate key hormones that influence appetite, energy and metabolism.

But when sleep is poor or too short, several things can happen:

• Hunger hormones increase – Ghrelin rises and makes you feel hungrier
• Fullness hormones decrease – Leptin drops, so it’s harder to feel satisfied
• Cravings increase – especially for sugary or high-carb foods
• Energy drops – meaning you’re less likely to move your body
• Stress hormones rise – higher cortisol can encourage fat storage

The result? Even with good intentions, it becomes much harder to stay consistent with healthy choices.

Sleep is also when your body does some of its most important work:
✨ repairing cells
✨ balancing hormones
✨ supporting brain function
✨ regulating blood sugar
✨ strengthening the immune system

Most adults need 7–9 hours of quality sleep per night for optimal health.

If your goals include improving your health, managing your weight, feeling more energised or supporting your mood… sleep is one of the most powerful foundations you can build on.

Tonight, ask yourself:
What small thing could I do to improve my sleep routine?

And share any tips for a good night sleep in the comments 👇

For years I believed the hardest part was losing weight.

It wasn’t.

The real challenge was learning how to maintain it and make it part of my life.

Like many women, I spent years on the yo-yo cycle before discovering a plan that gave me:

✔ Structure
✔ Accountability
✔ 1:1 support
✔ And the tools to understand my own body

Fast forward 12+ years later, and those habits are still part of my daily life.

Not perfectly.
But consistently.

That journey is exactly why I’m so passionate about helping other women create results that actually last.

Because the goal isn’t just transformation…

It’s freedom from the cycle.

If this resonates with you, my inbox is always open.

Some Mondays look like this… foggy.

You can’t see the whole road ahead.
You’re not quite sure how the week will unfold.

But clarity doesn’t come from seeing everything at once.
It comes from focusing on the next right step.

So if today feels a little foggy, try this:

✨ Drink your water
✨ Nourish your body well
✨ Move a little
✨ Focus on the next task, not the whole week
✨ Remind yourself why you started

Progress isn’t about perfect visibility.
It’s about moving forward anyway.

One clear step… then another.
That’s how the week begins.

And if you need some guidance to define the next step, get in touch 💬

I am the first to say “I don’t have time to exercise!”

Yet here I am… walking along the sea. 🌊

Not a 90min gym session.
Not a complicated routine.
Just movement. Fresh air. A moment to breathe.

Sometimes we think it has to be all or nothing but the truth is that the small things done consistently make the biggest difference.

A 10min walk.
Taking the longer route.
Stretching your legs between tasks.
Getting outside instead of scrolling.

Add good hydration to the mix and suddenly your body and mind start working with you, not against you. You experience more energy, clearer thinking, better mood, better choices.

Movement doesn’t need to be perfect or planned. It just needs to happen.

Your body will thank you for it — one step at a time. 🌿

If you could live in your favourite place right now, where would it be?

- by the sea 🌊
- in the countryside 🌳
- the mountains 🏔️
- a city 🏙️

I think you know what mine is 🤭

And just like that … it’s time for a new chapter to unfold!

What a glorious day to move by the sea☀️

Plus a surprise visit from , , Arthur & …there is no doubt in our mind that we have done the right thing!

All systems go… 🚚📦🌊

We’re moving to the Sussex Coast on Tuesday and as you can see… it’s a little bit chaotic over here 😅

Boxes.
Lists.
Half-packed shelves.
Things everywhere.

And at times like this, it’s very easy to let everything slip.

But here’s the truth I’ve learned over nearly 13 years of maintaining my own transformation:

When life feels out of control,
focus on the one thing you can control.

For me (and for my clients), that’s nourishment.

Not perfection.
Not elaborate meals.
Not extra pressure.

Just:
✔️ Drinking my water
✔️ Prioritising protein
✔️ Eating with intention instead of emotion
(✔️having all your products if you’re on plan)

Stress doesn’t mean we abandon ourselves.

In fact, it’s when routines matter most.

Moving house is temporary.
How you fuel your body impacts your energy, mood and resilience every single day.

If you’re in a busy or stressful season right now, ask yourself:

👉 What is the one health habit I refuse to drop?

Protect that.
Everything else can flex.

Sussex Coast… we’re coming for you 🌊
And yes — I’m bringing my routine with me 💪🏼
