After nearly seven years of Shiatsu at I just cleared Room 5 of futon, blankets and pillows. I leave with mixed emotions - gratitude for all the beautiful sessions I had with so many amazing clients, a little bit of sadness because I will miss this gorgeous old building, excitement about new beginnings at a brand new venue and all the potential this brings with it...

Thank you to each and everyone who has booked in to see me over the last seven years, you have all been a huge part of my journey as a practitioner! I look forward to seeing my current clients - and new ones! - at the beautiful .rooms in the new year!

This weekend I had the great pleasure of taking part in a photo shoot for with the aim of creating new and exciting promotion material. It was an honour to be one of the practitioner 'models' and lovely to meet up with fellow Shiatsu teachers, practitioners and students.
