It’s only about 3 weeks away until our next mini wellness retreat. An afternoon to relax and reset. Taking in the amazing views of Luddesdown’s vineyards, while practicing yoga, soothing our nervous systems with a gentle sound bath and let’s not forget the cake!! 🎂
