This summer has been just perfect for outdoor yoga and I have been so lucky to teach my flows at the stunning Shotley Vineyard )if you’ve or been you should definitely visit) - thank you to Charlotte and Craig for hosting my classes and to everyone who has attended. I’m hoping for an October Indian summer so we can continue a little more into 2025 ❤️🧘‍♀️☀️

Having taught vinyasa yoga for 25 years I can wholeheartedly say this practice is the boss! The journey of taking your body through dynamic weight bearing sometimes challenging but fluid and balanced movements alongside your breath is addictive The physical benefits include improved strength flexibility mobility balance cardiovascular health and circulation as well as visual benefits which speak for themselves including body tone weight loss and improved body shape and fitness not to mention the mindful benefits of stress reduction patience and wellbeing - need I say more it’s why I love my job Give it a try ❤️
