So the last 8 months of 2025 have been testing to say the least. In that time some of the stuff I thought was healed obviously wasn’t and I had to take a step back to focus on, what felt like, just surviving instead of moving forward. But one thing I have learned on my healing journey is that everything is temporary. I’ve sat with the feelings, I’ve welcomed them in and with time I’ve worked with them to get through to the other side. So I am starting 2026 doing what I do best ….. learning and back to helping others on their healing path. The learning starts with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) a therapy that has been a huge part of the last few months for me personally , and one I definitely want in my Coaching toolbox. 💜🙏🏻✨
