I stepped away for a month and the social media guilt tried to creep in. But I had to remind myself: the forest doesn’t rush, and neither should we.

To break the cycle of overwhelm, you have to change your environment. Hug a tree, or just sit quietly in the woods. Your soul doesn’t care about algorithms; it cares about peace. 🌲🔥
