Another day, another street in Shotts… honestly, I’m starting to think I just like walking about 😁

Out and about again, so if you spot me, give me a wave 👋

Well… I didn’t think we could beat last week’s result, but Shotts 7pm group – you did it!!!! 🎉👏

A MASSIVE well done to every single one of you for an incredible 55 lbs weight loss 🤯🔥 Absolutely phenomenal effort all round – you should be so proud!

And to put that into perspective… in just 2 weeks, our brand new group has lost a whopping 107 lbs – that’s over 7 stone collectively!!! 💥👏

What an amazing start – this is what happens when support, commitment, and determination come together 💙
