A documentary that leaves you in shock!! You have to see it!
A mother who becomes famous on YouTube and changes the entire family dynamic.

It is impressive how you MUST always check who your therapist is and what certifications they have, even if they live in another country, we ALL have a number that certifies us and you can check it on the internet. It is impressive how MANIPULATION and Brainwash can affect your entire family and yourself.

Be very careful with “support groups” “religious groups” “workshops” where there is a leader who believes he has the power and wisdom of everything, you should always question and look for evidence from real sources and not let yourself be carried away or manipulated since it has been seen that many of these places become CULTS.

Super RED FLAG 🚩 when any person, could be your partner, friends, support groups, seek to distance you from everyone to the point of social insolation.

Very sad everything that happened with this family and especially what happened to the children. But it reminds us once again that you shouldn’t pay attention to everything you see on social media and you should always be very careful about who you let into your life and your home.

Un documental que te deja en shock!! Tienen que verlo! Una mamá que se vuelve famosa en YouTube y cambia toda la dinámica familiar.

Es impresionante como DEBES de siempre checar bien quién es tu terapeuta y que certificaciones tiene, aunque viva en otro país TODOS tenemos un número que nos certifica y lo puedes checar en internet. Es impresionante como la MANIPULACIÓN y brainwash puede after a toda tu familia y a ti mismo.

Mucho cuidado con los “grupos de apoyo” “grupos religiosos” “talleres” donde existe un líder que cree tener el poder y sabiduría de todo, siempre debes de cuestionar y buscar evidencia de verías fuentes y no dejarte llevar ni manipular ya que se ha visto que muchos de estos lugares se vuelven CULTOS.

Súper RED FLAG 🚩 cuando cualquier persona sea tu pareja, amigos, grupos de apoyo buscan alejarte de todos al grado de insolación .

Muy triste todo lo que sucedió con esta familia y sobretodo lo que le sucedió a los niños. Pero nos recuerda una vez más que no debes de hacer caso a todo lo que ves en redes sociales y debes de siempre tener mucho cuidado a quien dejas entrar a tu vida y a tu casa.

Hace 11 años que llegue a UK…me acuerdo estando sentada en mi flat viendo llover y con frío … y decía “hoy no voy a salir a correr hace mucho frío y llueve”… luego me di cuenta que la que se estaba perdiendo de grandes días era yo… así que decidí cambiar y aceptar que el 80% de los días hay una gran posibilidad de que llueva y haga frío entonces debo de aprender a disfrutar esos días!!

Así que aprendí a correr en la lluvia y me encanta!

No es fácil vencer a tu cabeza… estaba en mi cama, acababa de terminar de leer un libro y estaba lloviendo mucho… podía encontrar mil excusas pero decidí ponerme los tenis y recordar que me gusta correr en la lluvia y que me siento mil veces mejor cuando regreso ☺️

Sal, disfruta, mojate, camina o corre pero sal a pensar un rato y vas a ver que te vas a sentir mejor.
