These are slow paced classes. Exploring physical movements, breath, meditation, mantra and relaxation.

The favourite part most of the time is the relaxation. Perhaps you might fall asleep and that is OK 🙂

Slowing down ❄️ This week we had our last classes for the year 2025. It has been an honour to share with people who have an enquiry into their well-being. And more... The bonds and friendships created.

Heartfelt thank you to everyone 🙏

We will restart the classes in January.
🧘Menoga will stay the same format- in person (Every Thursday 6pm-7pm Castlefields Community Hall, Shrewsbury)
🧘Holistic Yoga (mixed) will go online (Every Tuesday 7.15pm-8.15pm)

A little update. My summer break is approaching fast now. 🌞🌻
There will be no yoga classes on the 14th and 21st of August.

You are welcome to join us from the 28th onwards.
