Hi. I’m Lana Walker. Like many of us I’ve experienced a fair few disappointing major life events. Massage & talking therapies have given me the space to pause, breathe and refresh my body & mind. This rejuvenation led me to retrain as a holistic massage therapist and Emotional Freedom Techniques practitioner. I love my vocation, and am passionate about balancing the body & mind through holistic health.
