How exciting that the breathwork journey with Turiya Yoga is fully booked. What an amazing experience the participants will have!!

Tickets are flying fast ❤️ There's only one weekend ticket left and a couple of Saturday all-day/day and Sunday mornings. The deadline for buying tickets is this Wednesday.

On Sunday you have a choice of yin yoga or a chakra yoga nidra before undertaking a cacao ceremony.

We are so excited that everyone wants to come to the Saturday night at Reset & Restore. It means so much to us that you really want to be a part of this journey.

If you've been to Llanyblodwel you will know car parking is at a premium. We want everyone to get the full experience, so we've allocated tickets across the board.
