A LOT of women work with me so that we can together help make sense of all the BS!
There’s a lot of information out there, it doesn’t matter what you’re searching for:
Periods, pregnancy, postpartum, illness, injuries and rehab, menopause, neurodiversity
. It’s easy to get swamped in the info and even then not know where to start.

When it comes to fitness that’s exactly what I do with my clients- we work out what THEY need to pay attention to, and how they can adopt those health behaviours and we focus on playing the long game.

If you’re after quick fixes yesterday- I’m probably not for you!
Because I read the research & the best way to make habits stick, and exercise is one of those, is slowly and to build.

2026 I told myself to be ‘offline’ but wasn’t quite sure what that meant.

So far it’s been-
focusing on pushing my fitness further aka becoming a bit addicted to CrossFit!
learning,
reading poetry,
Hiking
Pinterest
Dates with my kids
Being at home as much as I can
Training the dog (!)
Learning some more


 if I’m honest this is the only was I can show up and support my clients the best I can. To be fully IN my own life, so they can be fully in theirs. Be fully in my body, so they can be too.

As a result the conversations are more powerful.

Take the rest. Detach. Flow. You’ll be amazed at what happens on the other side!

I’ll be joining 2 incredibly knowledgable women on March 14th to give you a few hours to breathe, recalibrate and decide where to go next.

I’ll be delivering exercise that makes you feel present in your body, teach you about your core and pelvic floor and how these can change with hormonal shifts like peri-menopause and mid life. I’ll also be teaching you my specific self-compassionate approach to exercise that puts life first and makes exercise feel much simpler!

I hope this post shows you that the expectations are unrealistic! I hope you know you’re already doing enough! I hope you know that the majority of what is being sold to us to help us make sense of life is yet again marketing to women, pouncing on insecurities and making millions out of them.
I hope you know you’re not alone in it. And it’s not your fault you can’t keep up. It’s not will power. Not one tiny bit.

How many of these are you actually doing?!
