Sometimes we can be moving too fast to notice the little things that make life actually bloody great.

I heard somewhere last week an idea. To ask yourself every day- how today could have been the best day of your life!
i suppose you could do it at the start of the day too & set it as an intention 💥

Anyway, these are the things I stop and notice, that bring me little pockets of peace and help me consistently show up for life 🤌🏼

This year both of my kids will be in school and it feels emotional.

And as I was writing a story of ‘lots of love to all the mums…..’ I realised that those were the mums that stood alongside me through the C*vid pregnancy, the ‘stay at home’ postpartum, through the can we/ can’t we leave the house for our mental health early days of motherhood and that I want to say an extra thanks for.

Because of those days I started to support people through pregnancy and postnatal exercise, I understood that it’s so much more than just a bounce back!

I still get messages from/ still train some of the women I worked with in those early Aluna days- online mum and baby live classes with my baby napping (or not!), trying to show the world that postpartum recovery looks different for us all, and that should be celebrated, bringing Ada along to PT when I had to and working my schedule around mumming.

And now we’re here, on the precipice of a new chapter, certainly for me, so thanks my loves 🥂 I appreciate you more than you’ll ever know
