I’m just going to say it- weight loss isn’t always the best option for your health.

Health is just about what you eat and how often you move.
It’s definitely NOT about step counts or calorie trackers- although for some people they can be useful tools, for others they’re not.

Health is much more nuanced, and much more personal.

And for a lot of the population the pursuit of weight loss is actually an unhealthy behaviour, the knock on effects of rigid tracking can have a negative impact on health.

Which health behaviours have you noticed you were missing? Needed building into your life?
