I have lots of conversations with clients about the importance of self care and the mind/body connection.
We spend so much time caring and doing for others, but what about us?
"We can not fill from an empty cup" is so true.
Take time for yourself, even if its just to stop and focus on your breath for 5 minutes.

Even on cloudy days we should be using SPF and in this glorious sunshine we should be upping our skin protection.
