Apologies my post is a day late ! Yesterday was world menopause awareness day but to be honest everyday should be menopause awareness day.... as let's be honest we will all be affected by the menopause in one form or another , male or female . Whether you're going through it yourself or are affected by a loved one who is experiencing significant hormonal changes and struggling to adjust. Supporting your own or someone else's health and wellbeing is vital for those experiencing the menopause.
