⭐️⭐️⭐️We cannot believe we are writing this….

We are pleased to announce that we have passed our Gold Standards Accreditation.

This is a huge nationwide standard and we are the only care company in the entirety of Shropshire who has this award. This award means we provide the highest standards of palliative care to our clients and their families.

We are so proud of all our staff who deserve this award and it is fully dedicated to them and a huge thank you to our Palliative Care Manager Samantha Pizzey who worked so hard to train, evidence and support this award.

While our amazing staff are out battling through their days in this hot weather we do ask familes of our clients, if you are able to is make sure that heating is turned off and windows are open until the weather cools. We’ve had one instance where a house has gone up to 39 degrees inside which is very dangerous for clients and staff.
Our carers will be opening windows, closing curtains and really pushing extra fluids for people and leaving extra cold drinks to hand.

Today we are going to treat our carers to a cold drink and an ice cream on us!

We don’t officially find out until August…but from feedback received I think it’s safe to say that Sam And Zoe absolutely smashed through the GSF accreditation with flying colours today!
