⭐️ It was a morning of celebrations yesterday, as three of our newest members achieved their 1/2 stone awards 🩷 in just two and three weeks ✨ and another member achieved their 1 1/2 stone award 🧡 in just 12 weeks!

⭐️ And our two amazing Slimmers of the Week lost an incredible 5lbs and 3lbs in just seven days! ✨💪🏽✨

🧘🏻‍♀️ Pilates and a bath to take care of my body, with some much needed movement and relaxation 🛁

🐦‍⬛ A quiet breakfast watching the family of great t**s that have moved into our bird box 🥣🥰

🤓 Getting used to my new glasses - are ok in the house… but outdoors keep an eye out for my silly walk! My new jumper too for a bit of feel good 💚

And a supportive message from my brilliant online Slimming World Consultant Kelly - we’re so lucky that Slimming World recognises that us Consultants need to be members too ❤️ I’ve been struggling recently with my own weight loss, but I’ve been looked after so well and I’m doing the work (around trigger foods and energy levels) that I need and want to do to get my target this summer FOR GOOD ❤️

Look at my lunch!

Just like I suggested in group yesterday morning when the “crumpet talk” started flowing! These are not just any crumpets, these are M&S Five Grain Crumpets 😋 and one crumpet can be counted as a Healthy Extra Fibre Choice 🙌🏽

I had mine with smoked salmon, cracked black pepper and a splash of lemon 🍋
