Happy Monday, everyone ✨
I’ve been a little quieter on here. Lately, I just needed some time to decompress from a few high-anxiety days.

Little things I’ve done this week include meditation, allowing more time for journalling & self reiki healing, candles lit every night with a positive affirmation, more time in nature & generally taking things slower.

Years of anxiety have taught me to see the signs of a bad episode earlier & where I can make a difference daily.

It’s also allowed me to see things clearer, especially with the business! Where I want to take it, things I want to tweak so that can only be a good thing 🥰

Have you got certain things you go to when you need to slow down & take a breather? I’d love to know!

Welcome ✨

Welcome to my new account! It is completely terrifying to "start over" with our social media accounts but I now feel like its completely necessary and its time I took the plunge.

There has been a marketing and ads issue with my current account Aroma Quartz that I have been trying to fix for nearly two years now! SO with no avail its time to start again.

I am incredibly nervous for restarting but its something I have now accepted and I'm trying to have a more positive outlook on it.
