We are asking our patients to be mindful that the weather forecast for this evening and tomorrow may cause disruption to normal service. You can help us manage this by

- if you want to change your appointment to a telephone consultation, please let reception know by calling 01743 281950

- if you cannot make your appointment, use check and cancel or reply to your reminder message to let us know you will not be attending

- if you have an appointment booked and it is safe to do so, please do come in. We will let you know if we need to change it.

- if we need to change appointments we will contact you by text message, or by telephoning you. Please be patient with staff if this is necessary.

- the biggest issue is likely to be staff travelling safely to work in the morning, so if you are booked in for an early appointment, please be patient if your clinician is running late.
