💦We are aware of a flooding issue from the car park at the back of our building, which is flowing on to Sandhurst Meadows and neighbouring streets.

Severn Trent have confirmed this is a burst water main and the responsibility to repair is with them.

We have called them out today and they have advised us that the issue will be resolved within 7 days (although they indicated likely sooner). If you are being affected by this, we encourage you to also report the issue to Severn Trent so they are aware of how widespread it is.

While work is being carried out, parts of our staff car park will not be accessible therefore parking at Severn Fields will be limited. If you are able to walk to the surgery or have someone, drop off/pick you up, please do so.

From Monday 18th August all appointment requests will be triaged by a clinician. We are asking patients who are able to submit their own appointment requests via our website, if you do not have access or are unable to do this yourself our receptionists will complete one for you.

The way we complete your long term condition checks is changing. Patients will now be sent an online health questionnaire to complete which will be reviewed by our nursing team.

Anyone who has not had 2 doses of the MMR vaccine can contact their GP surgery to book an appointment. It is never too late to catch-up.

It's important to check you've had both doses if you are:

✔️ about to start college or university
✔️ going to travel abroad
✔️ planning a pregnancy
✔️ a frontline health or social care worker

Invites are gradually being sent to our eligible patients, but if you think you might be eligible and haven't received an invite please call and speak to a member of reception.

The team at Shropshire Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) can also help bring your medications in line so that you can order all of your medications at the same time, rather than making separate orders which can sometimes result in over ordering.
