This is a clip from our podcast episode. We talk about saying goodbye to Dani, one of our beloved morning clients who is emigrating to Spain mid-January.
We’ve created a special farewell workout in her honor that incorporates meaningful numbers from her time with us: five rounds (for her five years at the gym),
23 pull-ups (her December 23rd birthday),
12 glute bridges (for December),
20 sit-ups and air squats (for 2020 when she joined), plus a cardio finisher. We discuss how we want to make it challenging but achievable, learning from previous member tribute workouts.
