It’s easy to get discouraged when you’re aiming for big goals.

But guess what? Success is all about taking small, consistent steps! Let’s break it down, mums. 💪

Here’s how you can make sure you stay on track and avoid feeling stuck:

1️⃣ Set small, achievable goals: Instead of focusing on a big end goal (like losing 10kg), aim for smaller targets, like completing 3 workouts this week. Small goals are more manageable and easier to stick to. Progress happens one step at a time!

2️⃣ Celebrate the wins: Did you finish a workout? Get through the week with all your planned exercise? Those are big wins! Celebrate them because each small victory adds up to big changes.

3️⃣ Track your progress: Whether you use a fitness app or jot down your workouts in a journal, tracking your progress keeps you motivated and helps you see how far you’ve come. 📈

Remember, fitness is a marathon, not a sprint! Small, consistent actions lead to big, sustainable results over time. Stick with it, and celebrate every step forward. 🙌

If winter weather keeps knocking your motivation down, here are simple ways to stay consistent even on the coldest days.

1️⃣ Warm up at home
A few air squats and shoulder circles get your body switched on before you even step outside. Makes the cold feel less intimidating.

2️⃣ Keep your gear ready
Layer up, keep your kit by the door and make it easy to grab and go. The easier the start the stronger the habit.

3️⃣ Focus on the feeling after
Cold mornings are tough but the warm proud feeling after you train beats the snooze button every time.

Strength training is your secret weapon! 💥 If you want a workout that boosts your metabolism and helps you feel unstoppable, it’s time to pick up those weights!

Here’s three top tips to prioritise strength training (this is a game-changer for mums like you):

1️⃣ Compound movements = maximum results: Focus on exercises that work multiple muscle groups, like squats, deadlifts, and presses. These movements build functional strength, making everyday tasks easier (hello, lifting groceries and chasing after the kids!).

2️⃣ Boosts your metabolism: Did you know that muscle burns more calories than fat, even at rest? The more muscle you build, the more calories you burn throughout the day—even when you’re not working out. 🔥
