Andy cartwheeled her way around the world with Argentinaโs national gymnastics team before settling in London in 2003โwhere she discovered yoga and never looked back.
With a lifelong background in movement, she brings a deep, intuitive understanding of the body to everything she teaches. A dedicated practitioner for 25+ years and teacher since 2013, Andy is now a senior yoga teacher with experience across some of Londonโs most respected studios.
Trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Forrest & Katonah Yoga, and influenced by world-renowned teachers including Biff Mithoefer, Noah Mazรฉ, Rocky Heron & Tiffany Cruikshank.
Her classes are known for thoughtful sequencing, creativity and depthโblended with joy, warmth and just the right amount of challenge.
