* You will be sent the Zoom meeting details in advance (1 hour before) If youโ€™re a late booking you can access your code via the Yogalicious App
* Join the class 5 minutes prior to start time on Zoom using your laptop, phone or tablet with an internet connection.โฃโฃโฃโฃโฃ
*Make sure your zoom name matches the name you booked onto the class with as the teacher will check the register prior to admitting you into the classโฃโฃโฃโฃ. Itโ€™s likely class will start a minute or two late.

๐Ÿ”ดSacred Energy Series: Muladhara๐Ÿ”ด

A series of Sacred Energy Workshops is now being offered at Yogalicious with new guest teacher, Hannah Moselhi. With a focus on the restorative elements of yoga that have become an integral part of Hannahโ€™s life, she will be weaving together the powerful techniques of Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Prana Kriya, and Yoga Nidra. The workshops will explore each of the seven main chakras within the energy body, harmonising the whole state of being. This first workshop will bring a focus to the root chakra, muladhara, and letting go of that which no longer serves us. Balancing this chakra develops a sense of grounding, stability, trust, and courage.

Restorative Yoga - Releasing tension from the nervous system & physical body

Pranayama - Balancing the nervous system & energy body

Hosted by Yogalicious founder Eileen Wallace, this seasonal pop-up offers a soulful blend of movement, mindfulness, and community connection - all set within the magic of the Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery.

Amidst the twinkling lights and timeless charm and Christmas decorations on the balcony weโ€™ll begin with a nourishing yoga practice to release tension and invite calm before the busy festive season ahead. Breathe deeply, move mindfully, and reconnect with the joy of simply being.

After practice, gather together for a wholesome festive brunch - a feast of seasonal flavours and cosy conversation, designed to leave you feeling restored, grounded, and glowing from within. We will finish our afternoon with a deep seasonal relaxation meditation, inviting stillness, gratitude, and grounding as winter approaches - a peaceful pause before the busyness of Christmas.
