Adam found yoga in 2013 and quickly turned a supportive practice helping his wife into a daily ritual and calling. He completed his teacher training in 2019 and has been sharing his passion ever since.

Starting from the ground up, this workshop will offer practical techniques to help you build strength, confidence, and awareness for arm balances and inversions in your personal practice.

We will explore poses such as Koundinyasana, Astavakrasana (eight angle pose) Sirsasana (supported headstand) and Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand), breaking each one down into accessible stages suitable for all levels. Through mindful progression, weโ€™ll work to build confidence, overcome fear, and rediscover a sense of playfulness in challenging poses.

The workshop will focus on wrist preparation, core engagement, shoulder stability, and targeted drills designed to support progression from beginner to advanced variations.
