Post op lymphatic drainage on a lady who has had a “mummy makeover” which included breast lift and implants and an extended tummy tuck. These two photos are from 5 weeks post op and 12 weeks post op. We started some scar work at 8 weeks (on surgeons recommendation). You can see great improvements on the scar and the swelling around it. The client has taken great care care of herself during her recovery which has included regular post op lymphatic drainage massages, and the results do the talking!

I’m so happy to share that I’m now offering oncology massage here in Shrewsbury!

It’s something I’ve considered a lot over the years, especially after my time volunteering at Severn Hospice, but I never quite took the plunge. This year however, everything finally aligned.

My training in post-operative lymph drainage massage opened the door naturally. It showed me just how much gentle, specialised touch can support people during their most vulnerable moments. And it reminded me of why I was drawn to this work in the first place.

Oncology massage is an adaptive approach that meets each person exactly where they are, whether they’re in treatment, recovering, or navigating life after cancer. I feel genuinely honoured to offer this kind of care and to hold space for those who need it most.

I love my job but messages like this make it all the more worth while 🥰

This lady came to me for the first time this week with a few ongoing ailments that were really getting her down and causing her a whole host of other issues, including swelling in her legs.

She had a full body manual lymphatic drainage massage and it’s lovely to know she’s felt some fairly instant relief.
