Passed away peacefully on 19th March 2026 aged 95 years.

A service to celebrate Thea’s life will take place at St Giles Church, Shrewsbury on Thursday 23rd April at 12noon.

Ann, Leanne and Selina wish to thank you all for the kindness, warmth and support shown to them during Aubrey’s short illness and following his death on March 18th.

The cards, letters and messages we have received, filled with beautiful words, memories and love have helped us immensely as we come to terms with our loss.

To all who attended Aubrey’s Ceremony last Saturday, thank you for helping us to celebrate his life.
A special thank you to Rev Harry Edwards and Rev Sam Mann for delivering a beautiful service.

As a family, we can not thank The Severn Hospice at home team and Community Nurses enough for their amazing care and enabling us to continue to ensure that Aubrey remained comfortable at home with us.

The kind donations received so far have amounted to over £4000 which will support the Severn Hospice to continue their care for other families who sadly find themselves on a journey similar to ours.

We will continue as a family with his legacy, Aubrey Kirkham Funeral Directors, to ensure that the families we serve are provided with the highest standard of care and attention and make him proud everyday.
