Our *Not Menopause, Meno-Keep Moving* Course has few spaces left- Thursday 25th September ✨

A musculoskeletal approach to managing menopause symptoms and the long term effects of oestrogen deficiency on the moving body, hosted by our very own MSK physio Sam Hobson BSc (Hons) HCPC, MCSP.

Sam has had a keen interest in menopause and its effects on movement for years. In his private and NHS work he has found that a specialist approach to managing the MSK effects of oestrogen loss is required to keep his patients fit, strong and injury free for as long as possible.

This course is FREE for all Optimal Mover Plus Members! £25 for those who are not. Limited spaces available.
