Level 3 or Level 4 Sports Massage — which one should you choose?
Active IQ Level 3 Sports Massage is the foundation.
It’s designed for those starting out or fitness professionals looking to expand their skillset. The course focuses on anatomy, basic assessment, and hands-on techniques for treating non-acute dysfunctional tissue in active clients, allowing you to practise independently as a sports massage therapist.
Active IQ Level 4 Sports Massage is the natural progression and can be completed immediately after Level 3.
It develops more advanced clinical reasoning and introduces joint-specific assessment, deeper soft tissue techniques, and post-acute or chronic injury management, enabling therapists to work with more complex presentations.
Both courses are practical, hands-on, and taught in a supportive learning environment.
