if possible. Each of our customers in the Shrewsbury, Oswestry and Church Stretton region are treated with respect and dignity. The Bluebird Care Shropshire team can help with dressing, washing and bathing, meals, medication, cleaning, laundry and ironing. Whatever you need, we can help. Our Home Care staff are taken on because they genuinely care about the people we look after. They are well trained and all staff are CRB checked. First Week Free
Ask about our ‘First Week Free’ campaign. We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of care that we offer, you won’t want to leave. ‘First Week Free’ is available to NEW customers on domiciliary and live-in care packages who sign up to four weeks of care with the first week being free. We build our care packages around you and your individual needs which means that you and your family can rest assured that you’ll receive care and support exactly as you need. We all recognise the familiar feeling of being light-headed or lacking in energy because we’ve not drunk enough fluids.
These symptoms can have serious consequences if we allow them to continue.
This is especially true for older people or people with long term health conditions.
An obvious sign of dehydration is thirst. Other signs may include:
• Dry lips, mouth and skin
• Loss of appetite
• Light headedness or headaches
• Dark coloured and strong-smelling urine

Are you looking for a local Job in a friendly supportive environment as a home care assistant you will provide care to people in their own homes, helping them live comfortably in their own surroundings.

We are looking for committed and reliable individual's to join our team on a part time- or full time basis, working various mixed shifts in the mornings, evening, and alternative weekends. We are currently recruiting in Shrewsbury, Oswestry and Church Stretton.
We offer excellent hourly rates- £13.20 per hour weekdays and £14.50 per hour at weekends, We pay a millage allowance of 35pence per mile.

You don't need to have experience to be a fantastic care assistant, what you need is a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people we support, a desire to learn and a genuine caring attitude.

To join our award winning team you need:
💙a full and valid UK driving license
💙Access to a car/vehicle
💙Right to work in the UK
💙Excellent level of English
