Colette, 69 from Shrewsbury came in looking so good we simply had to do her measurements 🤩

Meet Jane, 57 from Shawbury 🏡

Jane joined Endorph due to struggling to maintain an exercise regime.

Jane like others would set a goal, achieve the goal and then lose all motivation.

She struggled in commercial gym finding them “soulless and boring”.

Meet Connie, 35 from Shrewsbury 🏡🧡

Connie joined Endorph wanting to be fitter, leaner and to gain some structure in her life.

She wanted to keep playing netball effortlessly and has a little boy George who’s basically our gym mascot 🧡

Since joining Connie has lost 2 stone and kept it off, gain a bunch of fitness and taken part in several fitness events and has built a good relationship with food and nutrition.

❌ 5 Reasons why most people fail with their fitness goals ❌

1️⃣ setting unrealistic goals - this leads to being disheartened and loss of motivation

2️⃣ setting vague goals - “getting in shape” isn’t specific enough. Get super clear on YOUR goals by asking Why? To find out what’s important to you!

3️⃣ Lack of consistency - most people are all or nothing. The key is to find something you can weave into your life even when it’s crazy. Ask yourself the question “Can I keep this up when life’s busy?”

4️⃣ Lack of enjoyment - want vs need most people “need” to workout. Doesn’t mean they will.

How much motivation does it take to watch your favourite tv show? Very little I’m guessing.

Find something you want to show up for and exercise becomes very easy.

5️⃣ Not prioritising your health and fitness - this is number one.

Fitness is often the last thing started and the first thing to go.

Funny really. Every area of our life improves by working out and gets harder without it.

Make sure you’re looking after you in 2026 so you can look after everything else. 🧡

Top tip for January starters..

DONT START TO EARLY. ❌

If you rush out every year and buy a gym membership you know what I’m talking about.

You have every intention of making some changes this year, Who doesn’t right?

The problem isn’t that you don’t want it.

It’s that the system your using doesn’t work.

So here’s what I recommend..

1️⃣ Focus on 1-2 changes at a time with the goal of being consistent.🙌

2️⃣ Like Tom Commit now but Pick a start date that’s realistic, so you can stick with your new habits. 🗓️

3️⃣ Yes set goals but more importantly pick an environment/system that actually works 🙏
