Meet Ed, 65 from Shrewsbury. 🏡

Ed joined Endorph after having a fall.

Her consultant said she would likely need a knee replacement due to Arthritis 🦴

Being pro active Ed asked “What can I do to avoid this?”

The answer… Strength training 💪

Since joining Ed has got fitter, stronger, leaner but most importantly improved strength and function in her knees.

How Allison, 59 from Shrewsbury went from No time for herself to losing 4 stone and gaining strength, energy and mobility… all while enjoying the process.

Knee pain + weak legs = loss of independence.

Here’s 4 exercises to help reverse both in minutes , no gym needed 🙌

1. Leg lifts - Benefits include strengthening hips, knees and quadriceps. Great for improving everyday tasks walking stairs, getting in and out of cars, leg over bike etc.

2. Wallsits - brilliant exercise for strengthening legs and knees. This exercise will make getting up and down munch easier and strengthen knees. 💪

3. Glute bridges - Work your hamstrings, glutes and lower back. Benefit - strong posterior (muscle at the back of your body) also help release pressure of knees and back.

4. Calf raises - great for ankle stability and mobility. Help improve balance ⚖️

How to achieve your strength and fitness goals 10x Easier? 🧡🙌

Most people ask the wrong question when it comes to achieving their goals.

As humans we are conditioned to ask “how” when we want to achieve something.

This leads to a never ending search online.

This leads to feelings of overwhelm and ultimately procrastination.

By switching the question to “who” we can switch our energy to find the right people to provide the roadmap to success.

Chances are you wouldn’t cut your own hair, fix your own car or do the electrics in your home.

Why would it be any different for something as important as health and fitness?
