Are you too old to Strength train? 👴👵

The truth is if you’re in your 50,60’s,70’s or 80's you’re too old NOT to Strength train 🏋️‍♀️🏋️

🔸We can gain muscle and strength into our 80’s and 90’s
🔸Resistance training is great for balance, co-ordination and bone health (less likely to fall and less likely to injure yourself if you do fall)
🔸 If you haven’t found a program you enjoy / can stick to. It’s not you it’s the system you’ve been using to try and be consistent
🔸The bigger the run way, the better the take off. Start sooner rather than later.
