Bump.Birth.Baby - Independent Antenatal Classes in Shropshire Combining antenatal education with breast feeding & early days support. Louise is a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist.

Jane & Louise are both NCT trained practitioners with more than 15 years experience each in delivering antenatal & postnatal education. Classes will consist of preparation for labour, relaxation & hypnobirthing. As well as practical parenting skills new parents can learn how to baby proof their relationship. The emphasis is fun and friendship, antenatal groups can remain friends for life and we are offering social events alongside our classes to promote support within the group.

We are holding a Walk and Talk group in The Quarry on Wednesday 6th January at 11 am. After a year of being stuck in, why not come and join us for a walk and get to know other parents in the area. Mums, Dads, babies, toddlers and pregnant ladies are all welcome! We will be meeting outside Stop Coffee Shop in Coleham.
