If you're feeling alone with your struggles, you should remember that we all have wobbles & most of us have mental health blips at some points in our lives.
Time and space often helps us heal, but it can also be helpful to share what isn't ok with someone you can trust in a safe space.
Dark tunnels can feel never ending, but there is usually an exit if you can keep moving forwards, towards the light, at your own pace.
