Connecting to my Grandad Raymond Vernalls who was in the Navy. He came to me this morning in my meditation on healing. When connecting to spirit always ask “are you here for my highest good” this helps when you are starting out and I ask for them to show me something only I would know. This builds trust and you will start to “sense” the vibration of the spirit you are talking you.
