Connecting to my Grandad Raymond Vernalls who was in the Navy. He came to me this morning in my meditation on healing. When connecting to spirit always ask “are you here for my highest good” this helps when you are starting out and I ask for them to show me something only I would know. This builds trust and you will start to “sense” the vibration of the spirit you are talking you.
He’s came in before to help guide me, and he’s here again. ✨🩵✨

They say a New Year A New You…. I wholeheartedly agree.
Only my perspective is we get to make Decisions… not New Years Resolutions as it’s not really the New Year. It’s the beginning of Winter and in Winter we need to rest, restore and take time to heal.

2024 was the worst year of my life those who are close know. So that’s where it will stay. In a chapter and closed. There were incredible times and I felt totally alive 🔥

Moving forward into 2025 I wanted stability! I wanted to know exactly where I was going. So I made Decisions… keep them quiet too 🤫. I make contracts with myself and once complete I tear them up and release them.
Celibacy is one, I have picked up yoga again and I’m restudying my course ✨
Make DECISIONS not resolutions ✨🌑🌈🌑✨
