Join us for a **4-part Mandala Yoga series**, a playful and dynamic 360° practice that flows with the rhythm of your breath. Each session explores a different element, combining creative Vinyasa flow with grounding yin postures to nourish both body and mind.

🔥 **28th June – Fire**
A strong, energising flow targeting core, glutes & twists. Ignite your Solar Plexus and build strength, confidence, and transformation.
🌍 **26th July – Earth**
Grounding, steady sequences focusing on legs, hips & hamstrings. Root into stability and reconnect with your foundation.
