Pregnancy Yoga helps to prepare the body and mind for birth. Keeping you moving, connecting with yourself , your baby and other mums-to-be.
You will move through gentle yoga flows, designed for pregnancy, aimed to keep you and your baby smiling, easing any aches and pains common in pregnancy, building strength and preparing both you and your baby for birth and beyond.
Promoting breath awareness through pregnancy pranayama (breathwork), alongside meditation and deep relaxation, you will find these practices useful throughout your pregnancy, labour and when your baby arrives.
With no previous yoga experience. Suitable from 2nd trimester until birth.
