Thanks to NHS funding, we’re offering free spaces on our essential Baby & Child First Aid and Accident Prevention classes!

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨:
• A parent in a Telford or Shropshire postcode area, and
• Is currently pregnant or has a child under the age of two

• CPR for babies and children
• Burns, bleeds & bumps
• Recognising serious illness
• Accident prevention tips for the home

Last call for these classes! Thursday is definitely going ahead and I have a couple of spaces. I don’t want to have to cancel Wednesdays class but need a couple extra mummas to join.

Why have I created this class? Because I’m a mum of a 2yr old & almost 4yr old and I craved a place that I could connect with local mums; a safe, open space to talk about highlights & low lights of motherhood & be able to move my body, breathe & check in!

Suitable for beginners!

Expect a louder, more relaxed / lighthearted class!
