🎉🎉2025 reflection🎉🎉:
Thank you for supporting my business this year through the many changes firstly becoming a Mum at the end of last year. I’m loving watching her grow into a little girl, it all happens so fast!

The vision board I did a little while ago helped me to reshape my business this year as when I was on maternity it was hung near the nappy changing station so it made me keep looking at it and thinking what I wanted to do with my business after having a pause from treatments, helping me decide what direction to move forward in.
I slowly returned back to work from Maternity leave in May to work in a new premises and team - Eden Hair & Beauty. The room and environment really compliments my relaxing offerings.
I reduced my treatment offerings to concentrate on the more holistic and wellbeing side of treatments. I’ve been growing my knowledge in this field through additional courses this year including; lava shells facial, advanced massage techniques and Japanese head spa training. This has enabled me to launch some new treatments for you including the; triple lift facial, lymph drainage gua sha facial massage, trigger point massage and the Japanese head spa. I’ve been enjoying providing mini well-being at work days too to help people have that ‘time out’ to pause. This has shown me how powerful therapies are at helping our mind and body.
I’m hoping to build on my knowledge and treatments even more in the upcoming year and carry on down the well-being road.
I’m glad I’m back into a good routine being more consistent as I’m back regularly - Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I’m looking forward to what this year brings and being part of all your journeys too, let’s have a good one! I’m looking forward to helping you relax in 2026.
