I had the pleasure of meeting these two amazing volunteers this July 🫶

Dear Volunteers,

A huge thank you for giving up your time to volunteer at Let’s Rock Shrewsbury on Saturday 12 July, I’m delighted to let you know that together we raised an incredible £6,418.41! This is more than we could have imagined and will go a long way in helping to support bereaved children, young people, parents and families when they need us most.

A special thank you to each of you for your energy and positivity in such extreme heat, the temperature exceeded 30°C at one point, and we know it wasn’t easy to get around. You all managed brilliantly, and I hope you enjoyed the rest of the day once your shift finished.

Next week I am hitting the pavements for something bigger than football - and I would love your support 🏃‍♀️🏟️

On Saturday 2nd August me and my cousin Andy are running 5k all the way to Anfield, and every step is to raise money for the LFC Foundation. We will run through Stanley Park, to cross the finish line in the iconic Anfield Stadium.

It has been a busy summer so far with both beauty and holistic therapies ☀️

We have been fortunate, that despite the heat, the salon keeps nice and cool.

I am training in pregnancy massage next week and I am looking forward to offering another massage treatment to my therapies.

In the meantime, it’s not too late to book in for some treatments this summer. I have availability throughout July and August. Bookings can be made via the link in my bio.

A NEW Reiki Share coming soon..

My wish is to build a Reiki community here in Shrewsbury, through monthly Reiki shares. Open to all certified levels.

A Reiki share allows practitioners to come together to exchange reiki healing in a safe and supportive environment 🤲✨

It is time to offer something new 🙌

Alongside the treatments I offer, I am always looking to grow and develop my skills. In July I am training in Pregnancy massage at to provide a safe and effective cafe for pregnant women 🤰

From September, I am looking to collaborate with likeminded women in business, to offer my clients something a “bit different” from the salon.

Through networking I have met some amazing women in business, who have shown an interest already.

Collaboration ideas so far include:

💚Acupuncture taster
💛Education skincare day
💚Menopause nutrition support
💛Make-up for mature skin
💚Sound bath

I am looking to run these days during the week and weekend to try and accommodate everyone. What would be extremely helpful, is some feedback of interest.

Today was my last day as a Complementary Therapist at The Severn Hospice 💛

I have learnt such a lot over the last three and a half years, working alongside a clinical team. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to treat so many people, going through a difficult time.

The Hospice will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you x
