This morning we made Empanadas with a cheese, leek and bacon filling and Brigadeiros, a Brazilian fudge truffle. We made 2 flavours, coconut and chocolate. All will be served this afternoon. Well, what's left after a lot of quality testing by residents, staff and visitors alike. ðð§ð·ðð§ð·ðð§ð·ð
