Last night we embarked on our 8 week journey Sound Bath Series As part of the Lingen Davies Wellbeing programme!
It was truly beautiful and such an honour to be able to create these spaces for those living with and beyond cancer aswell as a loved one or support person some of the comments were……..
I am blown away!
I’m so relaxed
I can’t believe I switched off!

• Katy will intuitively support your nervous system with rhythmic vibrations, finishing with a deeply restful sound bath.

No experience necessary – all poses and movements are guided safely and gently, within your own ability.

Monday Evening we embarked on an online Sound Journey 💫

Thank you for those who invested their time to join me 💛
Stepping into the online world is definitely new territory for me!
I’ll always prefer seeing your lovely faces in person, but I have to say, it does feel like a cosy way to soak up the sounds and drift into a restful night’s sleep 😴✨

We identified a few challenges and I do hope to smooth those out so we can enjoy more of these blissful evenings together minus the frenchie snores I promise! 😂🐶
