A brilliant day delivering training and coaching with staff in a specialist setting!

Laura, Katie and Ami ran hands-on sessions on Selective Mutism, Blank’s Levels of Questioning and Vocabulary Development, helping staff feel more confident using communication-friendly approaches across the school.

We loved the enthusiasm, questions and ideas that came out of today - real teamwork to support every child to communicate in the way that works best for them. 💬✨

Our first-time signer Mitch takes on the Makaton sign DIABETES, with Judge Ami on hand to give her feedback. 🙌

Mitch was diagnosed with diabetes at age 7 and lives with the condition every day - and he’s done an incredible job learning and performing this week’s sign!

Will Ami be impressed with his debut performance? We think he’s already a star! 🌟
