This approach allows us to provide a service which in our experience has be seen to be successful.

CSPhysiotherapy was designed to provide a holistic approach to a varied population, for example:

A) an individual with a need for physiotherapy
B) an individual sports person in need of treatment and/or conditioning and injury prevention work
C) a team coach who is interest in physiotherapy sessions, conditioning sessions, sports massage

CSPhysiotherapy deliver bespoke, needs driven support in the areas of exercise physiology, sports medicine, performance analysis, nutrition, psychology and biomechanics. Services range from general advice in the areas of health and fitness to fully integrated support programmes for elite athletes

With a range of staff, all of whom have attained excellence by obtaining vital experience within their field of excellence with several academic publications as proof.

I’m not normally one to post things like this, however….

In 2024 we started a dream of opening our own health and wellness centre which caters for all aspects of physical, mental and emotional health. With limited DIY skills, but a determination and some amazing family and friends, we set to work.

Throughout this year, with blood, sweat and the occasional tear we are now getting to a position where we are pleased to say we are complete.

Thank you for those that have already been in to see us, for those that haven’t. Please come on down, recommend us or keep us in your mind for when you are in need.

Now the focus turns to 2025 and the amazing things that can be achieved and the people that can be helped.
