the benafits I felt personally after I had my treatment .. I couldn’t not learn this! It’s so interesting, it maps out your entire internal body. On your feet & hands! (My main focus is feet for now)

from the 3rd of April I will be a qualified reflexologist! And will be doing discounted treatments for the first 10 people 🥹 at a price of £20 for a 45minute treatment.

For those who don’t know what reflexology is,it’s an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, ears, and hands. Similar to acupuncture but far less invasive ☺️

I will be carrying out my practice on the foot/feet first. Then the hands & ears will be later down the line.
