I've been increasing my cycling distances considerably, which led to the inevitable aches and pains. I found Steve and have had my first sports massage with him. Really professional and effective. Nice chap to talk to. Thoroughly recommended!!

I've been struggling with lower back pain for years. I've seen numerous therapists, with little success. After 2 sessions with steve my back feels great, he's a really likable chap, very knowledgeable and gave me loads of advice, which has helped me loads. Would definitely recommend.

If you’re struggling with your back and would like some help please feel free to contact me

Struggling with sore knees?
Knee pain is a common issue for runners, but it’s often a symptom of weak muscles or poor form.

Strengthen your quads, hamstrings, and glutes with exercises like squats, lunges, and single-leg deadlifts.

Check your running form—make sure you’re landing softly and not overstriding. Your shoes might also be a factor; worn-out or improper footwear can put extra stress on your knees.

Addressing the root cause of knee pain can keep you running strong and pain-free.

"Coach, why do I keep getting injured? I stretch, I rest, but something always hurts."

The coach looked at the runner and asked, "What do you do when you are not running?"

The runner frowned. "What do you mean?"

"Are you strength training? Are you working on mobility? Running is not just about running.

It is about building a body that can handle running. If your core is weak, if your hips are tight, if your glutes are not strong enough your body will compensate. And compensation leads to injury."

The best runners do not just run.

They prepare their bodies to run well.

Google review just in ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cant recommend Steve highly enough. I suffered a hamstring issue just before a Hyrox event, plus several other niggles! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and the fact I was able to compete in this event was in no small part due to the brilliant treatment he provided. I also saw him in between events and was able to complete another event a few weeks later - again down to Steve, huge thanks!
