I have worked with and help prepare people for various sporting events like the London Marathon, through devising personal training & treatment plans to enable them to achieve personal goals. I also help people that are suffering from muscular skeletal pain and discomfort due to their occupation. I use a variety of advance soft tissue techniques (NMT) neuro muscular massage technique, (MET) muscles energy techniques and (STR) soft tissue release.

Recovery from injury is never easy and I can’t express enough that exercise rehabilitation is the bread and butter to aid your recovery. Treatment alone will only help get you out of pain, but it will not fix the problem. Let’s work together to HELP get you stronger and more resilient.

I contacted Steve as I was struggling with lower back pain, he was able to book me in very quickly and enabled me to get completely back on track in only two sessions! He is very friendly, chatty and made me feel very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and it is clear he really cares about helping his clients. Steve took his time throughout the appointment to explain everything he was doing and ensure everything was covered. I would 100% recommend Steve to anyone who is struggling with any ongoing muscular issues or general aches and pains. Thanks again Steve for all your help!

I've been struggling with lower back pain for years. I've seen numerous therapists, with little success. After 2 sessions with steve my back feels great, he's a really likable chap, very knowledgeable and gave me loads of advice, which has helped me loads. Would definitely recommend.
